THINGS TO DO IN CODY

Over the years, one of the most frequent statements we hear is:  “If we would have known there were so many things to do in Cody, we would have allowed for more time.”  So take some time in the area, and we think you’ll find the real West still lives in Cody, Wyoming.

Buffalo Bill Center of the West — without a doubt, the foremost Western Museum in the world.  Actually four museums in one.  Give yourself a little extra time here.

Cody Night Rodeo — Witness high flying broncs, fearless bullriders, brave steer wrestlers, tough cowgirl barrel racers, daredevil rodeo clowns and even a few laughs every night from June 1st through August 31st

Cody Stampede Rodeo — The Cody Stampede Professional Rodeo is the best large outdoor rodeo in the nation according to the PRCA.  Runs July 1st through the 4th.

Sleeping Giant Zipline – New in 2016.  Put a Giant Zip in your trip.

Wyoming Rivers Cooperative – WRC was founded by Landon Blanchard and Elyse Guarino in 2019 with the goal of providing small, experience-based river adventures throughout Wyoming. The company offers day trips, as well as multi-day options on the Wind, Popo Agie, Sweetwater, and Green Rivers.

The Chamberlin Inn — Originally built in 1901, our charming boutique Inn has hosted discerning travelers, and distinguished celebrity guests during decades of hospitality. Boasting twenty-one individually custom decorated guestrooms and cottages nestled around our private landscaped gardens and courtyard.

The Proprietress — THE place for fine cocktails and upscale night life in Cody. Additionally, it’s a great place to find fine foods, wines, and spirits before heading out on adventure around Cody.

Old Trail Town — Collection of historic buildings from Wyoming’s frontier days, cemetery of famous mountain men, Indian and early pioneer artifacts and collections.

The Irma Hotel — Founded by Buffalo Bill Cody in 1902, this historic Hotel is located at the heart of Downtown Cody.  Step back into the old West at a place that Buffalo Bill called a “gem.”

Cody Cowboy Village — Luxury log cabin lodging located on the west strip of Cody, Wyoming.

The Cody Cattle Company — Music Revue and Show.  Excellent Family Entertainment.

Dan Miller’s Cowboy Music Venue — “A Branson Style Music Variety Show”
